Before Noon Garden Supplies OPC sells basic garden and balcony supplies, including pots, seed trays, watering cans, gloves and hand tools. These products are intended for ordinary planting, watering, and small home gardening needs. Product availability may change, and an item shown on the site may no longer be available when the shop checks your request.
Site prices are informational; Before Noon confirms price, availability, collection or delivery by phone, accepting no online or card payment.
You may place an order by phone or through the short order form, using the contact details provided by the shop. A shop representative will call to confirm the requested items, current price, and collection or delivery arrangements before treating it as accepted. Payment is made in cash when you collect the goods or when the goods are delivered. Please have the agreed amount ready, as the form does not take payment and does not process card details.
Cancel before collection or delivery by telling the shop during confirmation or contacting hello at domain. After handover, it becomes a return request; arrangements may change for stock, weather, route, or practical reasons.
An unused item may be returned within 7 days after collection or delivery. It must be in its original saleable condition. You should provide the order details or other proof of purchase. We may refuse items that are used, damaged after handover, incomplete, or altered. Please keep the item, packaging, parts, and included accessories complete and suitable for inspection when requesting a return. The seven-day period applies from the date you collect the goods or receive delivery. This return rule does not remove rights that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law. Those rights include protections for defective goods and other applicable remedies.
To the extent allowed by Philippine law, Before Noon is not responsible for loss caused by events outside its reasonable control, or for indirect loss arising from a delayed, changed, or unavailable item. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version shown on the site applies to new requests after it is posted. Please review the posted terms before sending a new request, because posting is what makes an updated version applicable to that request.
Order by phone or form, then pay in cash when you collect or receive it. We do not take card payments online.
